Directions for using the Online Form:
- Specific Computer or Other Issue: Please select your computer name for the "Specific Computer" menu if it is related to a computer problem or with a device connected to your computer, like a printer. (To find your computer name on your computer, go to Start-->Control Panel-->System-->"Full computer name." Write the name down for future use.) If it is not specific to the computer, then you may choose a different category. This will help the troubleshooting process. Note: If your computer is not listed, it is not in the inventory. Please use the online inventory tool to add your computer.
- Event Type: Choose what event you think applies best.
- Description of problem: Explain your request or describe what you were try to do when the problem occurred. Include error numbers and full error messages. Include all information you think may be important. If you need to send any attachments, send them to support@goodwillfarm.com.
- User name: Use your email address.
- User email: Use your email address.
- Receive email when updated: Check this box every time.
- You will receive a confirmation email as follows. If you have any additional information about that specific issue, please respond to the email(s) you received through the system.:
