About Cross Loop
The CrossLoop application allows a person at one computer to view and/or control a remote computer. The person accessing the remote computer will be able to see the desktop, use the mouse and use the keyboard.
Basically, GWF Technical Support help you from a remote location when you allow access to your computer. You will need to start the session when you are at your computer, but you do not need to stay for the whole technical support session, unless you choose to. When the session ends, the connection ends.
The CrossLoop file transfer feature enables you to copy files and folders to or from the Access and Share computers. For more information on how use other features, like transferring files, or for technical help, visit the Cross Loop help or FAQ.
- This process takes under 5 minutes.
- Download Cross Loop.
- Click "Save File."
- Double-click "CrossloopSetup.exe." Need help with installation? Note: "Allow" Cross Loop access on your computer if Trend Micro gives you a security warning.
- Launch Cross Loop.
- Setup your Cross Loop account with your GWF email account, first and last name.
- Provide GWF Technical Support with the Access Code listed.
- Click "Connect" when instructed.
- Click "Yes" to share your computer with Technical Support.
